Do not stay here! This place is a real shithole. The staff are nice when thinking about the level of the hotel, but as somewhere to spend you night, the hotel does not tick any boxes. Before you get into the room the rugs on the hallway is extremely dirty, once you step in you will be shocked by the noisy aircon, broken wall, dirty bathroom, bed looks like not been cleaned. And it is so noisy when upstairss are walking, you can even hear what is you Neibough doing at night. I can understand it is not easy to manage a hotel, but either you make it right, or please remove it from all booking platforms.

Decent hotel for the price you pay. Only stayed for 1 night. Bedding was fine, bedroom is cleaned but the small bed by the windows has some stains need cleaning. Bathroom was cleaned. Spot repair may be needed. Shower flow was strong, providing good warm water. Front desk staff was nice, polite and friendly. I felt safe & would stay here again.

The room had many problems, broken furniture, partially ripped out fire alarm, etc. Front desk checked another customer in to the room that we were in. Fortunately, I had the bar across so the door wouldn't open. Complaints went no where.

Microtel is a great value and has pretty good service. Rooms are very clean, especially for how affordable the hotel is. It was like half the cost of other options. However, it could be 5 stars if a little better customer service. There were some small issues with the room and when we were checking out we tried to get a price adjustment because of that. The front desk guy didn’t really seem to understand or know what we were talking about. Obviously not that big of a deal, but a small ($20 or so) price adjustment would have made up for some of the issues. Not a luxury hotel, but a great experience and a very fair price for a hotel.
