A BIG NO NO NO to this hotel and NEVER BOOK ANY HOTEL OF OYO LOST MONEY..LOST TIME..LOST PEACE OF MIND 1. SECURITY ISSUES: Hotel is allowing drunken people inside. ***** with family we are at reception for check-in and this person is causing inconvenience trying to interact with us but the hotel staff response is bad saying he is regular customer and what is the problem if he interact. 2. VULGAR LANGUAGE: Hotel boys are taking in vulgar language at reception where there were lady hotel staff also. 3. HOTEL LEGAL NAME ISSUE: The hotel is with name"Hotel Grand Arya" and not with "Townhouse". There is no name board of such but hotel staff confirmed it's the same. 4. EXTRA DEPOSITS: We booked hotel from OYO, paid the amount and there is no mention of deposit but the hotel staff are demanding a deposit. 5. OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE: Its a worst service and no value to customer. We tried to call OYO customer care during the incident and trying to cancel the booking as we haven't checked in. The executive is either keeping the call on hold or trying to tranfer the call and the call drops. Finally we connected after 2 to 3 hours. After explaining everything to the customer executive they only said they could escalate internally but CANT REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID. Hi
