This hotel is a DUMP !@@ I don't understand who is writing these reviews that give it such high ratings have to be fake. I had to fight to get my money back after one room had NO running water then they gave me another room that only had cold water in the sink no water in the shower. They sent me on a wild goose chase to find an ice machine that I never found. Only to be told I had to go next door to the other hotel for ice WHAT. And while looking for the ice machine I encountered men who looked like it was their residence. Didn't make me feel any better about the place. I JUST gave up and got in my car and got out of their.

No TV Channels during Hockey Playoffs!!?
No tv during hockey playoffs , they never tried to help fix it or give me another room . Booked two nites while in town for several tests at hospital , not happy and shall Not return there ...

Ice machine never worked-multiple loose electrical outlets esp. fridge-no sink pop up-no bath tub stopper-broken chest drawer, and mgr refused to give me my AARP discount (in fairness he was not the one who signed me in)

This place is a very nice hotel to visit Ms.Anna and I think his name is Ricardo sorry if I didn’t get the name right but they are very helpful and Pleasant the cleaning lady’s are very good they clean very well I would like to thank the staff for being kind

Pésimo servicio de limpieza
Aunque el precio era muy accesible, las instalaciones requieren de mantenimiento mayor, sobre todo en los baños. Durante mi estadía NUNCA hicieron la limpieza a la habitación a pesar de que sólo se usó para dormir
