This was the ideal hotel! I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here and they even accommodated a special request from my boyfriend who was back home. The modern decor was the perfect beach vibe, rooms were clean and spacious, food was delicious. The location is right on the ***** and within walking distance of all the local bars and restaurants. All of the staff was a pleasure to interact with but in particular Kathy! She always had a smile on her face and helped with whatever you needed. Ranfys our driver was also sweet and gave the best recommendations on where to eat in the area. Would totally recommend and stay here again.

The Beach House has all the ingredients for a relaxing beachside stay. This is my second time staying here and it is just as great as I remembered. Lovely setting right on the beach. Spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed suite. Attentive staff and excellent food at their restaurant. The concierge is happy to help you do as much (or as little) as you want and continuously strive to ensure that every guest is well taken care of. I cannot rave enough about Kathy, Raquel, Alex, Moses, Renfis, Davis, and the countless others who looked after us during our stay. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, looking into excursions, or taking our food order on the beach, every request was met with a smile and efficiently expedited. I am not someone that tends to repeat their travel experiences. But I will gladly do so at the Beach House again and again (and again) as long as the quality of their service continues to remain high. My only regret is not making another reservation to stay there before I left! The presidential suite offers a nice bit of privacy and seclusion from other guests. Standout drinks: the espresso martini and Island mimosa. Standout food: stuffed baleada and plato tipico (breakfast); whole snapper (fried or grilled), and the passionfruit ceviche. The only area for improvement is with regard to the Sunday brunch menu. Their regular menu is far better but even this is not enough of a drawback to detract from the overall rating since there are plenty of dining options in the area.

STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. I cannot say enough how much my husband and I LOVED this hotel. This was our first time in Roaton and let me tell you, not only is The Beach House amazing and beautiful, but Cathy, Nelson and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. We felt so welcome and comfortable, everything was in walking distance and the restaurant on the second floor was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

Staying at The Beach House was an all-around wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, especially the mattress and sheets. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning. Restaurant was great - delicious food, friendly staff and terrific setting. Location was perfect since we were diving Sun Divers right next door. It is a beautiful hotel, and I highly recommend it!

My first impression of The Beach House Boutique Hotel is that location of the hotel on the West End is the best. I can't imagine a better location to watch the sunset. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. The staff stayed on top of cleaning the floors, rooms, and beachfront. The customer service from the entire staff is unmatched. They pay attention to your every need. I needed dental work done due to a toothache and the staff took it personally to help me by contacting dental offices. The front staff found a dental office and provided transportation allowing me to enjoy my entire vacation without any further pain. My wife & I felt safe with all of the security. I could not imagine staying anywhere else than the Beach House Boutique Hotel on my next visit to Roatan. Definitely will be coming back and staying here.

This was our 3rd stay at the Beach House and as always it was magical. This time was a destination wedding for our daughter and now son-in-law. We had a wonderful time. In addition to hosting the rehearsal, welcome party, wedding and reception the staff was instrumental in helping plan, arrange and coordinate the wedding. Not only did they help us with the wedding but also florist, fireworks and photographer. The food and drinks were excellent and they took great care of us and all the friends and family that joined us. We rented out all 14 rooms and it was wonderful to have the place to ourselves with only the people we invited there. They also helped with suggestions and arrangements for scuba trips, fishing trip (bachelor party) and spa day (bachelorette party). I cannot think them enough for all that they did for us. What is wonderful is that this is the same level of service we received on previous trips when it was only a smaller family group. Everything is so wonderful every time we stay there. We have gotten to become friends with everyone from the drivers that pick you up to the airport, the bell hops, management, waitstaff, chefs, housekeeping, etc. We whole heartedly recommend this place and are already planning our fourth stay with the Beach House.
