They handled it with a level of patience and problem-solving that would make a hostage negotiator proud. The room was clean, comfy, and blissfully quiet for an airport spot. From start to finish, it’s service with a smile and zero drama.

We were checked in by Ali late last night & he met us again this morning & brought our bags downstairs. Our room was 204 which was a twin room, we had a powerful hot shower in the morning which is just what we needed before our flight. The room was clean, bathroom could do with a bit of superficial patchwork but for £100 last minute booking so close to Heathrow this was definitely the best deal we could find. Ali was very helpful & friendly & rang a taxi for us in the morning. Would stay here again before catching our flights.

The location is good because it's close to the station, but the shower leaks and I think it's disappointing in terms of service and friendly attitude.
