Swan Guest House London - Heathrow

We booked months ago , on the basis of convenience and good reviews , for the night of our Ruby Wedding Anniversary prior to a flight from Heathrow the next day. Vladimir cancelled our room with 4 days notice. He didn’t seem to think it was a problem and offered other suggestions but they were much further away from West Drayton station.He advertises that it is 5 minutes walk which is why we chose The Swan. I guess he assumed we were driving. Not happy! Added hassle and extra cost.

Very comfortable nights sleep! Very clean, very quiet location The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all kinds of advice for further travel! We arrived late after a plane delay meant missed connections! (train) but nothing was too much trouble! 😊 Close to transport links train and bus!

Third stay at The Swan with Vladimir. As always, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Just minutes from the M4 and so easy to get a taxi/Uber/Bolt to the Heathrow Terminal. VERY reasonable car parking for 10 days, guaranteed to be safe on the locked gated drive. Excellent recommendations for local pub and restaurant, minutes away by car in Denham. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when the occasion arises.

This is handy for staying the night before or after a Heathrow flight. The car parking is good value and very safe. Our welcome was warm and our host couldn’t have done more to be helpful. (A most interesting man!) The rooms we had were immaculate and extremely comfortable, with tea making facilities included. The accommodation is within a very short and easy walk of the High Street where there is a good selection of places to eat. I highly recommend the Swan Guest House.

We stayed in the Swan Guest House at the end of September into October 2023. We stayed for the night prior to our flight and left our car there, in safe onsite parking, for two weeks while we flew out from Heathrow to holiday in Peru. On our return we stayed another night before leaving with our car to drive home. Our experience with the Swan Guest House was excellent! We would highly recommend staying here, and would certainly stay again. Vladimir was the perfect host and extremely well organised in everything to do with our booking including prompt communications and confirming immediately all details by email. The house is beautiful and it is spotlessly clean. Our room was freshly decorated and again spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Vladimir gave us a very warm welcome and was always on hand to answer any questions we had or to give advice if requested. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are flying out of Heathrow as it is only a short taxi ride to the airport. The guest house could also be used as a base for trips into Central London. Vladimir clearly works extremely hard to deliver an excellent standard for his guests and he definitely deserves a five star review!

I made an enquiry by email on a Sunday evening. Instantly Vladimir contacted me and answered all my questions. I booked immediately as felt confident with Vladimir and his establishment. I also enquired about parking during our 19 days away, it was refreshing to hear The Sawn could provide secure and very competitive parking on site. On the day we were due to arrive Robert contacted to confirm everything was ready and make sure we knew directions. When we arrived Robert was excellent giving us guidance on the places to eat and even ordered our taxi for 4 am the next day. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Robert even got up early to make sure our taxi arrived. On our return Vladimir greeted us and was very hospitable and helped put the suitcases in the car. It was an excellent service and a pleasure to meet Robert and Vladimir. I would have no hesitation to recommend and stay again at the Swan Guest House . Thank you.

We were delighted to easily find the very lovely Swan Road Guesthouse, and enjoyed the warm welcome from Robert, ( he telephoned to confirm times of arrival etc , which was reassuring ). We safely left our car , stayed the night in a clean, comfortable room and took a Redwoods taxi easy journey to Heathrow , had a wonderful holiday then did the above in reverse ! The guesthouse is so much nicer than a huge Hotel and cheaper. We would definitely visit again.
