The hotel needs to swipe the card to get in and out at night, it's very safe, but there is no air conditioning in this room, it's very hot

We stayed one night at Sky Nights Hotel before catching our flight the next day. We had a rental car and were told the parking for one night was free. Now, one month later we have received notice from the rental car company that we received a ticket for parking at the hotel. The rental car company charged 35 pounds for providing information to the ticketing agency. We notified the hotel of this and they got the ticket cancelled, but offered no explanation as to why we received it, nor did they offer to compensate us for the rental car charge.

Very similar to dormitory experience, walls paper thin and rooms extremely basic but to top it off the bathroom was really dirty, dried urine on the top of the toilet lid, hair on the floor. Not much more to comment on really but I should have checked more as to what I was booking near the airport.

I wasn’t expecting a lot when I booked this, however I was not expecting to find massive stains on the bed that you could see through the poor quality sheets! Not exactly sure what these stains were, but to me it looked like it was blood stains 🤢. The whole room was scruffy to say the least! The walls were covered in marks, part of the bathroom was broken off. The room was also absolutely freezing!! Horrible nights sleep walls are paper thin. I am someone that can look past a few things but this was just terrible.

We were checked in by Ali late last night & he met us again this morning & brought our bags downstairs. Our room was 204 which was a twin room, we had a powerful hot shower in the morning which is just what we needed before our flight. The room was clean, bathroom could do with a bit of superficial patchwork but for £100 last minute booking so close to Heathrow this was definitely the best deal we could find. Ali was very helpful & friendly & rang a taxi for us in the morning. Would stay here again before catching our flights.

This is a nice, neat and quiet hotel. We have been here for four nights and have enjoyed our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Central to many activities and attractions. Great Main Street with many eateries and shops.
