Novotel London Heathrow Airport - M4 Jct 4

The staff is super friendly and nothing can be solved by them. Located minutes away from Heathrow airport , hotel is cozy . We stayed for 3 nights spending few days visiting places like Windsor and Thorpe park before taking a flight. I would happily recommend to friends.

We have tried to go inside the hotel because we had a booking. One of the security guard has approached us and stopped us by the door and he has told us this hotel is closed for public and we told him that we have a book over here and he spoke to us with every manner and kindness and he told us that this hotel is closed and it cannot be possible. But one of the stuff that was working in reception was a bit rude to us and we had to go call his colleague to help him out. Check if the booking was cancelled and I find it disrespectful. They speak in their language and all the stuff are the same look alike and from the same country and I found that race And then we found out later that this hotel is for asylum seekers. It was a very bad experience speaking to the receptionist, but at the end of the day we could do anything because our booking was cancelled so we checked the money that has been refunded to our accountand we went to a different hotel and this hotel is closed

Very clean rooms, , Good breakfast, food is amazing and service is excellent. Check in was easy. Overall managed very well. Good location and thanks specially to F&B Manager Rik for all the help.
