What a treat!!!!!, Mavis is an exceptional host, very attentive and friendly, her breakfasts are amazing, locally sourced produce and attention to detail, lovely place to stay for total peace and quiet, it's a working farm with a small village nearby, Mavis recommended The White Hart Inn for an evening meal, the food here is excellent, heartily recommend , the room was clean and welcoming with the softest bed I think I've ever slept in, would definitely recommend and can't wait to visit again

Charming country B and B. Very quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of the garden. We stayed three nights and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the mornings. Our host was friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also had a lovely evening meal at the local pub which was excellent value.

Return stay , lovely welcome from Mavis our host . Room immaculately clean . Comfy bed. Good breakfast , with a choice . Central position in Devon so could reach north and south coast easily. The village has a nice pub The White Hart , lovely welcome there .

Fabulous location and beautiful gardens - we enjoyed a stunning view with an evening picnic. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and great breakfast. Knole Farm is special with proper hospitality - thank you very much.

We booked this delightful b&b as a two night stop off on our way to Cornwall and were not disappointed with our choice. Maxis, the owner, welcomed us as we parked and immediately made us feel welcomed into her lovely home. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her and was able to recommend several good pubs/restaurants nearby. Room was very well furnished and bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were fantastic - just sorry that we couldn't do them justice. All in all, a lovely stay in this superb, quiet b&b - would love to come back.

One of the nicest places you can stay, warm welcome from Mavis, lovely food, comfortable clean rooms, great friendly service from Lynda and A beautiful peaceful setting. Great base for the area. Thank you Ladies, hopefully not too long until we can visit again.

My partner and I stayed for for 8 nights in July 2022. We had an amazing time. Mavis is very warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I am coeliac and Mavis made sure I had gluten free cereal and a cooked breakfast each morning. Both Mavis and Lynn looked after all our needs during our stay. It was like home from home. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying at Knole farm again in the future.

Another fantastic weekend at Knole farm. Lovely people, lovely place with great surroundings and friendly locals. easy local access to the excellent cycle paths. We had a lovely breakfast every morning and evening meals in the local pubs including a nice roast on sunday in the Fox & Hounds. We love it and barring disasters will be back again next year.
