The staff has been very nice and accommodating throughout my stay and the rooms are VERY clean!! Beds are extremely comfortable and it is in a nice area of town so safety is not an issue...on site laundry and vending is a plus as well as the location

BUYER BEWARE! Worst policy hotel ever. They don't provide any way to use the kitchenette. They do not have coffee makers in the rooms nor do they offer in the lobby. The mattress is not at all comfortable. Wait for it, they expect you to take out your own trash. Oh, and you pay $78 a night and they DO NOT hair dryers in the rooms nor do they have one on site to loan. WORST experience EVER!
