We had our ac auit working at 3am , they got us into new room within 5 min of finding out. Excellent service!

Pool was closed in July? Didn’t look like it had been open recently. No automatic door? No shampoo in bathroom. Wierd shaped tub that you can't even easily sit up in, much less relax. Woke up with a bad pain in my neck.
Location is not bad at all. Area is getting better and hotel is near good restaurants and shopping with easy access to the highway. Plenty of parking.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and comfortable. It did have a heavy cleaning/chemical smell. But that was the ONLY thing that was slightly negative. Our stay was very pleasant.

No amenities at all, e.g. iron or ironing board. Staff didn't seem friendly. My family member asked if there was a fitness room or laundry (as in Super 8 or Quality Inn which we had stayed at prior) and his reply was, "This is Motel 6"!
