Overall is satisfactory, easy to get transport by uber from hotel. The restaurant is in 1st floor. Shopping mall -Pacific mall is nearby about 10-15 minutes ride

Given dirty room initially but later after warning from me they gave me better room but poor room cleanliness and not very updated in terms of facilities but basic

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food at breakfast was delicious, and I especially want to thank the chef who kindly prepared for me every morning a traditional dish — a pancake similar to a waffle with potato filling. The only point that needs attention is cleanliness — during the first few days, I developed a strong allergy due to the noticeable amount of dust. However, once I reported the issue, the room was cleaned quickly and thoroughly. I believe this should be taken care of in advance to avoid such situations.

The party was fabulous and the guests were super impressed.The ambiance was absolutely perfect.The banquet hall looked elegant and spectacular.Food was super delicious.I strongly recommend this hotel for any social event.
