Our third year in a row staying here. This time the upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. We certainly appreciated the upgrade and enjoyed it. The hotel is clean! Staff Friendly!! Beds Comfy!! Breakfast hot and yummy!! Coffee always ready throughout the day and evening. And, a great location. We call it our vacation after vacation. See ya next time!

My family and I just stayed here for a couple nights while passing through the Columbia area. Overall our stay was amazing from start to end! When we checked in, we got a super warm welcome from the woman at the front desk! She assigned us 2 really nice rooms up on the 4th floor. (Rooms 419 and 421) One of the rooms was a king studio, while the other was a one bedroom king suite. Both the rooms were super nice! The whole hotel is immaculate and had no hidden smells or odors! I was very impressed with this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The air in our room was not working. The staff was unable to change our room. We slept in a room that did not go under 80° all night. We tried to spend time at the pool but the area was littered with wasps and wasp nests. There were no towels and the pool had not been cleaned. No one offered us any compensation when we checked out.

Two bedroom suite and hot water in only one bathroom. Talked to maintenance and new employees and it was never fixed. I get that it was over a holiday week but a lack of response and support is still not acceptable.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It certainly was not up to what I would expect from my Marriott property. There was no hot water in the main shower although the smaller shower in the second bedroom did have hot water. There were Shampoo bottles falling off the walls in the shower. Neither one of the phones in the unit were connected and could be used. The sofa in the unit had such a sag in it, it was uncomfortable to sit in. Again, this is certainly not up to the standards of a Marriott property that charges $300 a night.
