Fairfield Inn & Suites Cincinnati North/West Chester

I have stayed at this location on multiple occasions. I found their customer service lukewarm, at best. On my recent visit, I encountered Amara and Folarin.  Wow!!!  What an incredible breath of fresh in customer care!!   These two team members greeted me warmly.  My check-in was a breeze. For unknown reasons, the facility was experiencing a high occupancy rate, and there were many guests in line.  Both team members were unflappable and highly professional.  I am so glad to see and experience a higher level of customer service excellence. A big thanks to the team and team leadership for stepping up. 

My flight was canceled due to weather and I could not make it. I was told that since the flight was canceled, the manager could refund my money. However, she refused to do so. I even offered to use it towards my rescheduled date and she said no. I I am a Titanium member which means they make a lot of money every year and she could not extend any courtesy.

This is Our 2nd time staying with this Hotel, and I'm sure it won't be the Last! We like to Make the drive into Ohio for Antiques and found this Hotel last summer. It's a Little pricier than we usually spend for one night, but we have absolutely no Complaints while staying here! The room is up to date, clean, breakfast is great with many choices ( eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles) just about anything. And the staff is outstanding, Very friendly and Helpful. I'm sure we will stay again next summer when we make our Annual Antiquing weekend!!

Great newer property in West Chester. Close to 75, other Marriott properties and many restaurants. Have stayed here a dozen times + since they opened and the staff is outstanding! Kendra Carter stands out due to her professionalism and smile! Typical Fairfield breakfast set up and the morning staff gets the coffee going when the real early risers are up and around.

I have stayed at this facility previously. I have seen improvements in service, but there is a way to go. This is a newer facility, so I am surprised that areas are showing excess wear. My room had a chiped tile on the floor near the bed. The hardware on the luggage trolley was loose and rattling. Overall, it's a nice facility with respectable amenities. The staff tries hard to be friendly. Focusing on the finer points will go a long way.
