Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Liberty Township

This place has been updated and looks very nice & new. We felt everything was clean and safe. Only a stone's throw from the new Liberty Center shopping center. Prices are very reasonable, and desk clerks very accomodating.

Very thin towels, shampoo was watery, and average breakfast. The shower does not have grips on the tub - dangerous for children and elderly. The sink faucets are in a horrible place and water sits on the sink surface. The shower was hot on Saturday but cold on Sunday. Other families we talked to had the same experience. And families with children between 6-10, beware of Michelle - she hates kids. She is rude, arrogant and the very opposite of hospitable. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough after our stay.

Excellent stay. Newer property with a friendly staff. The breakfast attendant was super attentive making sure everything was stocked and area was clean. The gym was clean with well maintained equipment. Several restaurants within a few minutes drive. The rooms and bathrooms were larger compared to some other Hamptons.

Visiting the area for my niece’s wedding. Had a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience from the time we checked in! We had a king suite which was a great gathering place for orhers in our group. Bathrooms had shelves for storage and multiple towel holders- just a well designed room! Staff were friendly and welcoming- ❤️ the breakfast gal!

My husband and I were here for our son's baseball tournament. The hotel did a good job of putting all the baseball teams on their own floors separate from everyone else. Check in was easy using the Hilton app. I also canceled and re-booked our reservation several times as prices kept dropping. We stayed in a king bed studio. I loved the extra space and layout. We also had a walk-in shower vs a tub/shower in the other rooms. There are 4 floors. Our room was number 400 and it was near the highway and highway noise could be heard in the room. The location is walking distance to a mall, a Cabela's, a Freddys, a Mod Pizza, Chick-Fil-A, Cheesecake Factory, and other restaurants. Yes, some of the front desk staff is more-friendly than others; that doesn't affect me. The room was clean, and the location is good. This hotel is about 30 minutes from the CVG/Cincinnati airport. Free self-parking. The hot breakfast in the morning was good and about what you normally get nowadays. The pool in indoor and small. We hung out with some other families in the lobby/dining area. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. Not a problem for us! We had an issue with the AC. We sent a message through the Hilton app and maintenance fixed it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Our AC went out in our house mid-June 2024, it was a big heat wave. At the last minute we needed to find a place while it was fixed over a period of a week. They were very gracious and had a room for us and our pets. The pet goodie bag was cute. Room was great. Wonderful AC! We had to extend our stay twice and were able to do it over text. Entire place was clean, safe, lit, updated. Pet relief bags provided on check-in and near the back parking area. Pool is indoors. My only complaint would be that I don't eat meat and the eggs at breakfast had meat in them most mornings. There was still oatmeal, waffles, cereal, baked goods and fruit so I wasn't hungry. Breakfast area had plenty of comfy seats and tables. The staff were all amazing and friendly. The dogs thought they were there for them when they went through the lobby for their walks. It's near Liberty Center & all those shops, entertainment and restaurants and Costco.

This hotel is awesome! I have been here twice now for my kids sporting events and the breakfast is always great, the rooms are clean, and the staff is amazing! The holiday inn next door had dirty rooms and the staff was rude…Hampton was a blessing!
