Parking fee far too expensive!
Breakfast was low on food, waited 20 minutes for the eggs to be refilled.
I lost an earring when it fell off the sink and fell behind the sink cabinet. Reported to the staff and waited for help, that NEVER showed up. Please return my pearl earring that fell behind the sink cabinet in room 207.

We had our wedding guests stay here. It was way over priced and they ended up charging our guests more than they quoted us for our wedding block. We also had 3 of our guests find some sort of lice/bed bug in their bed where they had to move rooms. The breakfast is horrible where I watched them microwave the food then set it out. It is also $25 PER DAY for parking in their garage. Overall, insanely disappointed with the stay.

Great location just off of *** St., but indifferent staff, dirty room, "pool" is tiny and just off the very public lobby, "hot breakfast" buffet is just the same or down a step from what you get at the chains. Rooms bigger than normal. For the price, you can do better in West Chester.....

Stayed at Bembridge and was very disappointed. Room was OK but disappointed they did not refresh the room until the third day. When asked about it was told that only Heythrop park and Runnymede get changed the day after check-in. The food was very poor, with very limited choice and we never had a meal that was hot despite the plates being too hot to handle. We checked out a day early. Sorry Warners but won’t be back.

Hotel Warner is a fantastic hotel in downtown West Chester. We went for our anniversary and booked a corner king room. It was spacious, newly renovated, quiet and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. A nice, serve yourself breakfast is included. King bed was very comfy with lovely linens and pillows. Highly recommend Hotel Warner for comfort and convenience. Look forward to our next stay.

If you go to West Chester, Hotel Warner is a must stay! Recently renovated with great rooms, a nice bar and within easy walking distance of local restaurants. The young staff was friendly and helpful and the Continental Breakfast in the morning was terrific, thanks to the lady in charge, Kelly. All in all, a wonderful hotel experience right smack dab in the middle of downtown West Chester. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else here. Bill Sharpe, Chas SC
