Clean & Comfortable, staff on shift afternoon/evening pleasant, friendly & helpful. Convenient area to last minute shopping requirements... sufficient free car parking which is always helpful. No qualms when I requested more coffee/towels. Breakfast enjoyable & gluten free catered for....

A warm welcome from a polite young man as we arrived at 01:56. The hotel we clean, warm and cosy. Only one this was disappointing, at breakfast they only served pork sausages and bacon with no alternative. Checkout was lovely easy and swift. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. The price was more than I expected but we chose it as we get a breakfast for a small fee.

The hotel was in a good location and the family room that i booked was just what i needed for my family of 4. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed and pull out bed was not too comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Quinn inn restaurant Worst rudesst manager ever dealt in my life! Never ever will I use any premier in future, Invited my mate and his Mrs for a drink and was told 9.40pm no more cocktails and we got 20 min to leave the place? On a Friday night? After driving 3hrs to this place?

Beautiful stay, the lady on reception was so welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, bed divinely comfortable and the bath was so quick to run hot water! Love staying here when we hit up the local club. Breakfast was delicious and free parking! Can't go wrong for the price.

I looked for a comfortable, affordable hotel reasonably close to West Bromwich Albion FC for a reunion with friends at a match. This hotel was perfect as it was close to transport links and facilities etc. It was also quiet, safe and had an adjacent restaurant.

Staff was extremely helpful and went out of there wat to check for an early check in. The staf was very friendly. The hotel was very clean on arrival and throughout the entire visit. The free car parking was a welcome addition and a big factor in choosing this hotel over their completion.

I booked a room for my partner and I for a business stay and I was give a tiny double bed. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well all night. It would make creeking noises whenever i’d turn sides and it was overall poor. When we went to tell reception, they had already left and there was nobody to assist us. The breakfast buffet however was lovely!
