The soundproofing is not very good, but it is nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine.

Very clean & tidy. Basically serviced accommodation. Decent size room with standard double bed and modern bathroom. Shower cubicle was a bit on the small size but quite adequate and shower had decent power. Kitchen useful. Easy self access with plenty of parking. Recommended for one or two nights stay over. We will use again.

Have stayed here a few times now and always appreciate the value for money, the location and the cleanliness of the place. The owners obviously care and the simple automated check in works really well - parking in site and plenty of convenient stores, restaurants and bars nearby. Will continue to keep staying there when I’m in Nottingham

Not a great experience and not very helpful. Was asked to pay £150 security deposit, which wasn't pointed out prior to me making the booking. Tried to seek help before stay, but unhelpful. not sure what else I could do. Who do I contact about this.

Budget Hotel Nahe Nottingham
Es gibt keine Rezeption, daher muss man vorab ein Foto des Reisepasses per Mail schicken und die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Dann bekommt man per Mail den Zugangscode für Außen- & Zimmertüre. Wenn man das überliest ( wie ich) und niemand erreichbar ist telefonisch von der Hotelverwaltung, hat man ein Problem .... Dieser Umstand könnte von ********** besser kommunizert werden !
Wir hatten ein mini DZ im 2. Stock mit vielen sehr steilen Stufen, zwei Koffer hochschleppen unmöglich (kein Aufzug). Zimmer sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, Bett bequem aber klein, Bad & Dusche winzig. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Postitiv: Parkplätze ausreichend kostenlos. In 5min. Laufnähe zahlreiche Restaurants.
Wer keine Ansprüche hat, kann hier gut übernachten.

Stayed in Unit 1 which was by the entry and I heard everyone coming and going. Young people having a party unfortunately upstairs which was unpleasant. Random kid wanted me to let him in as he’s tracked his mate to the property. Everything else is fine but just too noisy.
