Hotel rooms are dirty. There was no carpet and the floors were not clean at all. Bathroom was dirty. Bed was very firm and the curtains were ripped. Would not stay here again. Breakfast was not the best either. Customer service was okay, hotel was tucked away from the main road.

We stayed there twice for one night. Left a candle in the room the first time a curling iron the second time. We weren’t able to get either item back. They didn’t find either item. Really? Manager didn’t care. He was extremely apathetic. Someone there is a thief. I wouldn’t let them clean my room if I stayed for more than one night.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a multi-week road trip. Our room was ready when we arrived, and it was spacious and clean. The sheets were a bit threadbare and the towels were somewhat worn. But the beds were comfortable. The ice machine is on the first floor.

Horrible hotel. We checked in the afternoon but had a family event so we didn't come back until late. The next morning I went to open our curtains and found them shredded. Pulled out our desk chair and it was in horrible shape. Even questioned if there was a battery in the smoke alarm as the little light did not flash the entire time we were there. When I mentioned it to the front desk all I got was oh well I will let the manager know. Can't believe they did not know about the curtains. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

Manager did nothing to correct. I asked for confirmation email twice before staying never received. Checked in without price explanation. charged a. Deposit as well never returned. If you want to be scammed stay here, if not go elsewhere!

Check-in was very slow, there was only one employee at the desk on a Friday evening at 6pm. She was nice and friendly. We had an immediate issue with the toilet not flushing (just a pee). The call to the front desk again advised us that she was the only one there and would be up when she can. While we waited for the front desk attendant to finish checking other guests in, I decided to stop down and just ask for another room. She was accommodating and we were in our new room within 30 min. Good customer service. Breakfast was fine and gets the day going. The pool is very echo-y but clean with plenty of towels. The bed was firm and comfortable, the room upgrades were nicely done.

Perfect place for our extended family to stay. The staff was graciously accommodating. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for everyone. I highly recommend booking direct with the hotel to avoid extra 3rd party fees and confusion.

Room was dirty, toilet seat looked like went through a meat grinder, bathroom floor was dirty, fridge still had stuff in it, floors under the beds were filthy to include garbage, dirt, and dust, pool hours were different than advertised, and staff was not very accommodating.

When we booked our room black, we were upfront that we were a hockey team and that we would need a place to gather in the hotel. We were told that wouldn’t be an issue but when we tried to get together, we were told we couldn’t.
