Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa

We had amazing experiences while staying at the Kimpton with help from Joshua with Roatan Activities! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our days unforgettable. He coordinated fantastic outings that included fishing and snorkeling at a shipwreck – both were absolute highlights of our trip. Joshua was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our family’s preferences. He made sure everything matched our style and comfort level, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It felt like we were spending the day with a local friend who truly cared about making our time in Roatan special. We would 100% recommend working with Joshua and Roatan Activities to anyone visiting the island. We’ll absolutely be back – and when we are, we’ll be booking with Joshua again without hesitation!

Hi! I’m Jack. I’m 10 years old and this was the BEST vacation ever! We went on a bunch of super cool trips. Joshua helped my mom figure out the things we should do. Usually she plans everything but she said this time, she didn’t want to make too many decisions and wanted to relax. First, I went kayaking and snorkeling and saw colorful rainbow fish. After that, I swam in a really nice pool and then ate the most sigma chocolate dessert ever. I also had ice cream and drank a Coke with my grandma. My mom didn’t know that she ordered it for me. I went fishing really early in the morning and caught a barracuda and a baby tuna 🐟🐟 We also went to an animal park and a monkey jumped on my head! Then a baby sloth tried to hold my hand but you can’t hold sloths in Roatan anymore because they were getting stressed out. My dad thinks it’s because of all of the cruise ship people who are too loud. Joshua from Roatan Activities was super nice and helpful. He helped my mom and dad and especially my grandma (she’s an old lady and has trouble getting into boats) but he was nice and helped her. She said he was a real gentleman. This trip was 100 out of 10. I want to come back again next year! Or this year. Avian at the front desk knows a lot about Fortnite too. Ok. That’s it. Bye.

Ernesto was phenomenal. From service to recommendations. Everything was top notch. Let me not get started on the food. Soooo good. But the service was top notch.
