In June of this year, I booked a bungalow at this resort for a trip to take place in May of 2025, and I paid a deposit. Unfortunately our plans changed, and on September 5, 2024, I canceled our reservation on line. To be on the safe side, that same day I emailed the resort and told them I had to cancel. It has been almost two months, and I have still not received a refund! I have emailed again but gotten no results. Beware!
