The staff was attentive to my requests, full of information . Transportation from and to the airport was spot on with a clean air conditioned van . The grounds were maintained every morning, tables wiped chairs brushed off, sand raked, coffee at 6:30 spot on . Open pool 24 hours a day in case of a night swim . Very safe and secure grounds with the nicest guards. All in all a very great stay for my wife and I !

Arca is my new favorite place !! Right on the stunning white sands of West Bay, Roatán, we knew we had found something truly special. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience of serenity, beauty, and comfort. Every detail at Arca is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance and simplicity to create a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The staff are exceptional — attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making your stay unforgettable. Their hospitality added a layer of care that truly made us feel at home. The views are absolutely breathtaking — endless shades of turquoise and emerald green sea stretching out before you, framed by swaying palms and pristine sands. Whether you're relaxing on your private balcony, chilling by the pool, or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the natural beauty surrounding Arca is stunning! The food was fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. Each dish was crafted with care, and the menu showcased the best of local ingredients with creative, gourmet twists. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Arca and her staff. I chose Arca after much research and consideration and it did not disappoint. Right on the ocean, you have access to everything you want and need in West Bay. The hotel provided car service, not just to and from the airport, but also to and from restaurants when we needed it. It's a small boutique hotel so if you're looking for parties and a place to bring all the kiddies, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a lovely and comfortable stay where the people know who you are and greet you by name, then Arca is your place. The bartenders, the wait staff, the front desk were all so accommodating. They made our week long dive vacation truly super!

Honestly the coolest and chicest vibe. The decor and the tone here is such an oasis.. a dream for chilling out, capturing content and feeling at peace. The rooms are so dreamy and the aesthetic is so clean and cool. The service feels really high end and exclusive. Perfect spot for a couples trip or girl crew.

Arca Boutique Hotel exceeded every expectation we had for a luxury beachfront stay. From the moment we walked into our room, we were impressed by the modern design and impeccable attention to detail. The rooms are absolutely stunning – sleek, contemporary, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes throughout. What immediately struck us was how incredible everything smelled – there’s a signature scent that makes the entire space feel fresh and inviting. It’s those little touches that show the hotel’s commitment to creating a premium experience. The staff – Jose, Frank, Yoselyn, Ezra, Orbelinda, and Ivory – were outstanding throughout our stay. Professional, warm, and genuinely caring, they made every interaction a pleasure. It was particularly impressive watching them handle the influx of cruise ship visitors with such grace and efficiency while maintaining their exceptional service standards. Wow! What can I say, Arca is absolutely fantastic! The staff is top tier and they end up feeling like the best of friends/family that you’ll want to come back for in itself. The grounds/rooms are kept so immaculate! Absolutely gorgeous, tranquil, comfortable, relaxing; conveniently located to so much, with water taxis always available to hop around. Arca also offers land transportation, including to and from airport! This is our 5th trip to Roatan and our absolute best! We’ll now be regulars of Arca, and be bringing many friends along with us! Don’t sleep on booking with Arca, book/sleep/swim/float; STAY at Arca, Roatan and thank me now!!!
