Ring O' Bells

Don't often feel compelled to write a review, but my visit to Ring O'Bells last night was excellent value. My room was really comfortable and clean and breakfast was good. Service was friendly and selection was 10/10. In an area where some accommodation is £££, this is a great find. Would thoroughly recommend.

Was recommended to stay at this place by friends, I wasn't disappointed!. Our room was situated on the lower ground floor, if I can put it that way, at the rear of the building. Two single beds, enough room to be comfortable... superb shower, very clean, beds gave 3 nights good sleep. The B&B is situated at the top of a steep(really steep!) hill above Kingsbridge.. a raised and separate footpath for those that want to walk into Kingsbridge itself, around a 10 minute walk, but would advise a taxi back, as the hill is a bit of a challenge...for me anyway!. Amazing breakfast, plenty of choice... we went for the 'full English' on the first morning, I managed to eat half of it. Everything was cooked to perfection, and for my second breakfast I had to ask for a child's portion as I didn't want to leave so much a second time around. The hosts are great, friendly and welcoming, they keep the place very clean, and maintain a professional attitude throughout. Will have no hesitation booking a stay there on my next visit to the area.

I didn’t book this hotel by choice as the photos online were not very appealing, but it was the only place to stay in the village. However, the photos are very misleading ! The rooms felt like they had been refurbished recently. They were spotlessly clean, comfy and a modern shower room with good pressure on the shower. The pub has amazing views and you can sit in the garden and hear absolutely nothing ! Complete silence except for a the birds chirping. The breakfast was cooked to order and I couldn’t actually finish it it was so big. It’s a 10 minute downhill walk to the village centre. I would certainly stay there again if I’m ever down that way.
