Sehr nettes, kompetentes Personal. Alle Wünsche und Anliegen wurden ohne Einschränkungen behandelt und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit bearbeitet. Richliches Frühstücks Buffet mit frischen Backwaren, Obst,... Hotel hat sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Rhein. Tipp: Zimmer mit Rheinblick reservieren.

Tip Top, hier hat alles gepasst und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, was geändert werden könnte. Suite: sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Lobby: sehr ansehnlich, hell, zum Wohlfühlen. Frühstücksbuffet: hochwertig, vielseitig, sogar der Kaffee hat mir geschmeckt. Terrasse, Lage: schöner Ausblick auf den Rhein, wirklich idyllisch. Personal: freundlich und kompetent. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten. Einziger Negativpunkt waren die vielen, lauten Kinder v.a. im Frühstücksraum; aber das lässt sich wohl nicht abstellen. Bei meiner nächsten Durchreise will ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

This may have been a 4 star hotel in 1999 but it needs some work to live up to that standard now. Management has done a great job posting some modern pictures of the lobby which was remodeled but the rooms are very dated. It appears that only executive suites have received an upgrade but the rest of the hotel was left behind. Even carpeting in common areas was dirty and stained, especially by the elevators. My superior suite had a ton of wasted space on numerous cabinets in the living area and bedroom, and NO Air Conditioning. The bathroom had no shampoo and no conditioner for a 4 star? Why? Wifi did not work at all. The view of the Rhine off my balcony was nice though. The kitchenette area which I did not use did not have any utensils or plates. Breakfast was an amazing spread but on the weekends it was over-crowded. So if you sat outside, you had to find your own silverware/napkins/salt & pepper as none were on the tables. Not sure why this hotel charges for parking. It’s just an inconvenience for anyone that has someone dropping them off. I did not find this hotel a good value given the price point to other German hotels during my vacation.

Sehr offen gestaltetes Hotel mit super Aussicht an ruhiger Lage. Zimmer: Doppelzimmer (mit viel Staufläche) mit anschliessendem Badezimmer ((WC sep.) sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche (welche auf Wunsch bestückt werden kann). Dazu ein kleiner Balkon mit Sicht auf die Parkfläche und Rhein. Bar unkompliziert - konnten unseren "Absacker" aufs Zimmer nehmen. Essen-Empfehlung der Reception war sehr gut. Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel in Rahmen einer Fahrradtour gebucht. Drei Tage vorher wurde allerdings meine Partnerin krank, so dass wir sie abmelden wollten. Leider ist uns dieses Hotel in keinster Weise entgegengekommen. Selbst das Frühstück mussten wir komplett für zwei Personen bezahlen, obwohl nur eine Person daran teil genommen hat. Auch hier keine Chance auf ein Entgegenkommen! Soweit zu den Punkten, die mir am meisten negativ aufgefallen sind . Ansonsten kann ich sagen, dass das Personal nett ist. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, was auch auf den Rest des Hotels zutrifft. Das Hotel hat sicherlich die besten Jahre hinter sich. Alles in allem waren wir nicht wirklich begeistert und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt in keinster Weise zu diesem Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist schön, um noch wenigstens etwas positives sagen zu können

Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis haben wir vorgefunden. Die Zimmer waren alle als Suite gestaltet und damit sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Sehr nettes Personal und viele Parkplätze vor Ort.

Cet hotel situé au bord du rhein jouit d un cadre plutot sympathique. Le personnel est serviable et les chambres sont spatieuses et bien équipées. Par contre lors de notre sejour il y avait de gros travaux et j aurais aimé etre prevenue, car cela a induit certains désagréments: Probleme d eau chaude et de chauffage, spa fermé, probleme de propreté. Il aurait été plus honnete de baisser les tarifs durant cette periode, car les prestations n étaient pas au top. L autre point noir de l hotel est le restaurant. Le service est impeccable, mais il est vraiment beaucoup trop chere pour une cuisine en fait assez moyenne. Il utilise le fait que, a cette periode, il y tres peu de restaurants aux alentours.

We stayed here for one night. The location is nice, next to the Rhine river. Plenty of parking spaces. The room (more apartment) was very large, but outdated. View was lovely. Bathroom & bed comfortable. The breakfast area was not set up logically and too small. Quality was nice and plenty to choose from. The worst check out ever! I have been to a lot of hotels, but it never took over 40 (!!!!!!) minutes to check out. The receptionist stayed friendly and calm. But this was ridiculous!

Die Lage am Rhein ist top. Die sehr großen "Zimmer" mit Teppichboden, hier als Suiten bezeichnet, bestehen aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad und einem Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche. Leider ist alles schon etwa in die Jahre gekommen und eine Generalrenovierung wäre irgendwann nicht verkehrt. Allerdings war es sehr ruhig, weder Straßenlärm noch Lärm in den Hotelfluren störte, was eindeutig gefällt. Das (Abend)essen im Rahmen einer Tagung sowie das Frühstück waren gut.
