Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich und der Spa Bereich ein weitläufiges Prunkstück.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und für jeden Gaumen ist etwas dabei. Absolut klasse.

Die Mitarbeiter und der Wellness bereich ist sehr gut, allerdings ein paar Ecken renovierungsbedüftig. Für eine Kleinigkeit in Bistro ist Alles zu teuer, für ein Flammkuchen ( nicht riesig ) muss mann über 14,00 € zaheln, Kleinigkeiten für kleines Geld gibt es nicht. Mann möchte nur eine kleine Pause ins Bistro machen und nicht wie im Restaurant richtig essen.

Gemütlicher Ort, hervorragendes Essen! Großes Lob! Leider waren alle Liegen über Stunden im Wellnessbereich mit Handtüchern belagert, ohne dass diese genutzt wurden. Daher war zu wenig Platz für alle Gäste.

Uns haben die zwei Tage sehr gut gefallen! Wir hatten eine Übernachtung im Gartenzimmer gebucht. Sehr schönes Zimmer, gepflegt und groß. Auch der Wellness- und Saunabereich ist sehr schön und gemütlich/urig. Wir empfanden lediglich die Saunen als etwas zu klein. Aber dennoch schön 🥰

Der Service und das Essen waren wie immer top. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist deutlich hervorzuheben. Allerdings sind die Zimmer mittlerweile etwas abgewohnt . Holz löst sich vom Nachttisch etc. Aber alles noch im Rahmen! Was allerdings wirklich schlecht ist, sind die Öffnungszeiten der Saunen. 12 bzw. 13 Uhr ist an einem Freitag am Karnevalswochende viel zu spät! Hier sollte dringend etwas passieren! Liebe Grüße aus Düsseldorf

Das Hotel ist natürlich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was allerdings auch seinen besonderen Charme ausmacht. Das Personal ist wirklich extrem am Gast orientiert und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, ruhig und wohnlich. Buffet im Restaurant Frühstück/Abendessen ist üppig und lecker Wellness-Angebot: mehr als ausreichend Tipp: Massage buchen...lohnt sich wirklich Preis/Leistung: passend und stimmig
