Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage; die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet - bis auf die Beleuchtung, welche viel zu dunkel ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Speisen im Restaurant besitzen nur eine mittlere Qualität; es werden dafür aber zu hohe Preise verlangt. Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt gar nicht.

Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Wellnesslandschaft ist solide. Das Essen entspricht jedoch nicht der beworbenen Exklusivität. Der Koch, der für die ehemals ausgezeichnete Küche verantwortlich zeichnete, ist schon seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr im Hotel tätig. Die Preise der Speisen entsprechen noch 5 Sternen, sind jedoch höchstens 2-3 wert. Wir bekamen zum Spargel eine eiskalte Sauce Hollondaise serviert, die die Konsistenz eines Puddings hatte... Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch eher solide und an 3 Tagen immer gleich ohne Besonderheiten. Alles in allem ist es ein schöner Platz, jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmig.

Wir waren Mitte April 2025, zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel. Das erste mal war schon doll, und super. Aber dieses mal, war einfach perfekt. Wir hatten die Badehaus Suite mit Balkon, und diese war jeden Euro wert. Alles Sauber und ordentlich, der Service ist einfach genial, was wiederum m mal Beweist das Gutes Personal, mit so hoffe ich fairer Bezahlung das Rückgrat eines jeden Betriebes ist. Das Personal ist Professionell und immer sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr, sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich !!!! Ja das ist ein Hotel o wir immer wieder gerne hinreisen und auch sehr, sehr gerne Übernachten, und ob es in die Jahre gekommen ist oder nicht mag und muss jeder für sich entscheiden, aber ich finde das passt so genau… !!! Vielen Dank für einen super dollen Aufenthalt und wir werden immer sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein schönes, sonniges und ruhiges geräumiges Zimmer, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Jeden Morgen waren wir erstmal im Pool und haben dann ein leckeres Frühstück genossen. Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir wurden vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder dorthin gebracht. Erwähnenswert sind auch der Saunabereich, die Torten am Nachmittag und die Cocktails am Abend. Es handelt sich um ein eher kleineres Hotel; das Angebot im Restaurantbereich ist entsprechend kleiner im Vergleich zu großen Luxushotels in Großstädten.

Ikke en 5 stjernet oplevelse
God service i reception, men mangel på service i restaurant/gårdhave. Da vi ankom kl 13 ventede vi 1 time før der var personale der kunne tage bestilling til kaffe/mad på trods af at der sat en forretningsfrokost i gårdhaven.
Vi fik ikke info om at der kun var rengøring (inkl. toiletpapir og håndklæder) ved indtjekning på 5 stjernet hotel, hvilket vi fandt ud af 21.45 om aftenen (15 minutter før receptionen lukkede). Vi havde et brusekabine afløb der var delvist stoppet så vi havde brugt håndklæder til gulvet.
Som minimum kunne man have checket toiletpapir og håndklæder
