The location of the hotel is very good, just near Wenzhou South Station, about 10 minutes' walk. The apartment facilities are also very good, with a refrigerator, and the suite can accommodate a family of 4. The only bad experience was that there was a meeting, and the breakfast was crowded. The breakfast was very rich, with both Chinese and Western food.
