雖然設施陳舊，性價比很高，臨近公園，公交車站近在咫尺，離五馬街也很近，方便購物出行，旁邊小吃店也很多

性價比極高，衞生環境一般，早上六七點過道比較吵，地理位置不錯，旁邊就是五馬街，門口就是中山橋公交車站，坐公交和打車都比較方便，住宿環境要求不是很高的話可以選擇

這個价格及地点，CP值算可以！若有機會可以再住一次，尤其是步行到五馬街步行区是很近的，另外，附近有停車場，但停24小時，需要40RMB，這就有点贵了！

價錢便宜，空調對着窗，不太好。抽風排氣扇好像是壞的。特別不喜歡這個窗子。到酒店要上樓梯，提大箱子很不方便。床品還行。優點是中山公園附近，離夜市不遠。
