我們選擇入住5天，首先説下唯一的優點，地理位置特別好，到五馬街幾乎可以步行，打車坐公交都很方便，樓下超市飯館都有，房間投影是VIP，觀看自由。
接下來説缺點，1️⃣第一晚入住房間上面有個大洞，多次詢問前台保證不漏水，結果半夜屋頂水就開始滴到腳邊，第二天被子都洇濕了，這是前台第一次撒謊，第一晚入住體驗感非常差（833房間）2️⃣第二天換房（822房間）在整個賓館最後面，距離前台200米左右（非直線距離），822房間非常敞亮，有一扇聯排的大窗，外面是一條河，景色不錯，空間也比較大。但是，822房間也是漏水的，洗完澡後，乾濕分離處會溢出滿滿的一地水，直到蔓延到整個衞生間，包括馬桶落腳處，出門的時候差點摔了一跤，向前台反應後，前台馬上叫值班阿姨來清理了，客房阿姨説這個房間一直是漏水的，從來沒修理過，所以前台並未告知此房間的問題就轉給我們了，這是前台第二次欺騙，當晚和前台反應後，前台保證第二天會換另一間房。3️⃣第三晚我們從雁盪山回來，前台男生如約給我們找了另一間房（忘記哪一間了），和我們第一晚一個房型，一進門味道巨大😅，問前台他説是廁所反味，到這裏已經不是前台的問題了，是整個賓館的各個房間大大小小全都有問題，我願稱之為瑕疵房👍於是我們和前台説，明天再給我們找一間問題少點的，前台也説第二天反應，這兩晚上就將就睡吧。衹是辛苦客房阿姨，每天半夜十二點要來822衞生間拖地。第二天然後就沒信了。後續根本沒聯繫我們換房了，我們也懶得和前台溝通了。
總結賓館問題；1️⃣前台欺騙，隱瞞，你永遠不可能知道你住到一間什麼樣的問題房，主打少一事不如多一事搪塞客人，反正第二天值班是別的同事，搪塞過當晚就萬事大吉2️⃣設施不足每間房的毛巾臟，有的甚至有漏洞，第一晚的房間連牙具一次性拖鞋也沒給3️⃣走廊過道有異味，白天去了香氛機開着聞不到，一到晚上關了，整個走廊臭臭的
如果大家可以忍受上述三點，那大家可以放心入住。
