前台的服務態度極差，交了100元的按金，卻退回20元，並説明我退房時並沒有告知，為什麼我房卡都交回前台了，前台並且説明瞭可以了，還這樣呢。打電話反饋的時候，前台的態度極差，一副事不關己的態度，大晚上找不痛快。
