Fabulous This place is worthy of all the 5 star reviews. Location is spectacular, room very private and quiet, especially clean, comfortable with some lovely touches. We had hot breakfast one morning and continental second morning. Both were very very good! Hosts were friendly, didn't really see them much but felt comfortable to knock if we needed anything. The location is awesome for walking, start of several tracks just metres down the road. No food restaurants close for dinner but we knew that and planned to drive to dinner. Only improvement I might suggest is different balcony furniture, a little more comfy for relaxing on the deck but this definitely not a deal breaker! Definitely recommend and would certainly go back. The location is idyllic and the facilities are outstanding. We spent a comfortable and enjoyable week here in late October. Some nights were still surprisingly cold and we appreciated the heating and electric blankets. The spa bath provided perfect opportunities to relax aching muscles after a day’s hiking. There isn’t a stand-alone shower, so this bathroom wouldn’t be suitable for somebody with balance or mobility issues. There was a lack of drawer space, but everything else more than made up for it and there was a wrack for hanging clothes. We ordered breakfast on some days. Compared with the local cafes, it is very good value. We ate it on the balcony and soaked in the stunning views. Parking was provided and beautiful walks began within a stone’s throw of the property. The hosts are absolutely lovely. We couldn’t have chosen better!
