從一進入的歡迎禮就很驚艷，大唐下午茶絕對值得體驗，拍照打卡，曬太陽發呆的不二之選，房間很暖和，乾淨，客廳的陽台很有情調適合看星空，還有客廳裏的洋爐是真的爐子，看着燒紅的炭，頓時被温暖踏實的氛圍融化，入住含三餐，每餐特色都不同，味道也很不錯，從擺盤餐具都可以看到精心的服務細節。值得來！更值得常來！

很棒的一次入住體驗。酒店隱藏在山谷內，距離賽里木湖北門車程四五十分鐘，營地本身也有豐富的活動安排。包含三餐，豐盛精美融合新疆當地特色。哈薩克族管家瑪合布熱情周到，有求必應，其他員工也都很友好善談，希望下次再去感受一下夏季的景觀。

這次新疆之旅克魯格給我留下了深刻的印象，酒店環境很清靜，設施也很好，冬天也並不會覺得冷，房間裏有壁爐可以生火，晚上還可以看星星。工作人員服務恰到好處，有任何需求都可以被滿足，能感受得到服務員的細心與真誠。除此之外營地的一日三餐都非常好吃，這點真的加大分。我們離開營地的時候工作人員還給我們打包了很多吃的，總之，雖然價格不低但是服務絕對匹配的上價格，是值得期待再來的地方，推薦！

很值得誇讚的是服務太好 太貼心了 要給管家們點贊
會提前電話聯繫溝通 包含的一日三餐也很好吃 晚上還有送甜品
剛到的時候 還會有個歡迎儀式 很有儀式感
營地裏也有很多玩的項目
最最重要的是環境太美了 拍照很出片
等夏天有時間的話還會再來的一次
