Just stepped into the Qing'an Seaview Hotel, I was amazed by the scenery in front of me. The homestay is located on the beach, and the window is open to the endless sea view. The sound of the waves and the sea breeze make people relax instantly. The rooms are very stylish, clean and tidy, the details are attentive, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are also very intimate.
The proprietress is a gentle and enthusiastic person, and from the moment she enters the door, she feels her thoughtfulness and meticulousness. She will take the initiative to help with luggage, patiently answer various questions, and recommend the best photo spots according to the weather and time. What surprised me most was that the hotel had a professional photographer who would also help take pictures. Each one was beautiful like a postcard. Every video was a super blockbuster, which helped me record the best moments of this trip.
Here, not only can you enjoy the beautiful sea view, but also feel the warmth of home. Next time you come to Wenling, you will definitely choose here! Highly recommend to friends, I believe you will like it as much as I do!

Ddangodango95If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏
The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔
The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other ”western” cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee?
The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate.
The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message ”the device has overheated” kept appearing).
I think that the hotel needs to remove ”western food” from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝
A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

DDiegzynkoBy far the best hotel in the area. Rooms are clean and spacious. The personnel of the hotel is courteous and kind.
Several options for restaurants.
Worth mentioning the breakfast buffet, which has lots of options for all tastes... I even saw smoked salmon which isn't common to find in small cities hotels. But here they had it.
There's a western restaurant which didn't try but the ambience and some dishes I saw looked quite ok.
Also a wine bar, a wine shop, a suits shop, and for what I saw in the list also other restaurants on the last floors.
I visited the gym and is quite large and complete (it seems is a normal gym that the hotel guests also have access to). There's also an indoor swimming pool.
I highly recommend this hotel for that area!

HHazmatI stayed here on 23 Nov. This hotel is new. The staffs here were very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast. The location is close to the shopping centre. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

GGuest UserFacilities: 22 years of hotel, facilities are acceptable, slightly old, washing machine in the laundry room is beautiful, drying efficiency is relatively low. The big bed room has 20 flats, relatively small, and the bed is not big.
Hygienic: Health is not bad, the whole is relatively clean and tidy, the carpet in the elevator is a bit dirty, the lobby is very refreshing
Environment: In the center of Taizhou City, the environment is good, very close to Jiulong Lake, there are a lot of food around, that is, the traffic is slightly worse.
Service: The service is very good, the front desk gave us two breakfast coupons. Takeaway is a robot delivery.
A little bit less breakfast, read the comment area said it was good, but in fact, I have eaten the least of so many high-end hotels, I feel that there is nothing to eat, and there is no cake at 9:30.

GGuest UserComing here is indeed beyond my expectation. The room is super clean. Although it is a B&B, the room is very comfortable. Not only is it spacious, but the aunt cleans it very clean. The house is very close to the Pearl Beach, only a few dozen meters away. You can see the sea from the room. . It is very convenient to go to the greenway from here, as well as to eat. In addition, the service provided by the butler Xiaoyan is very good and she treats us like family. Therefore, my children also like the housekeeper Xiaoyan very much. She prepares a rich breakfast for us early every morning. All in all, this trip to Shitang was perfect and I look forward to coming again next time!

If you park by car, you can ask the hotel to get a parking ticket for free.
