It was a pretty good stay. We stayed for two more days. We will stay here again if we have the chance. I like it very much. It is a hotel on a hillside. The customer service lady of Ctrip was very nice. Due to the location of the hotel, our itinerary might not be able to catch up and we needed to communicate with the hotel to change the date. The customer service lady helped us communicate in the middle of the night. I really loved staying here!

I had a quiet healing vacation. It is the hotel with the best view in Wengen and is conveniently located for sightseeing in Wengen. The breakfast is also delicious.

The bathroom bathtub is rubbishly designed. When I took a shower, water was all over the floor. There was no floor drain. I found out that I didn't need to book in advance. When I checked the room rate on the day I arrived in Wengen, it was 1,000 yuan cheaper than what I booked. I was very unhappy.

Excellent place, I recommend it without fear, it’s really worth it!!! The hotel is incredible, the breakfast is amazing and the chef makes delicious omelets!!! I highly recommend this hotel! The view of the mountains is perfect and the pool is very beautiful!
