Best place to stay for all Fubao fans. Everywhere is intricately decorated with Fubao pictures and it just made you very happy throughout the stay. We stayed in the room opposite where grandpa Jiang used to stay. It was heartwarming to read the well wishes and love for Fubao. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They could arrange to pick us up and send us to Shenshuping panda base. They also prepared simple and delicious dinner for us. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Fubao.

Key points: If you want to stay in this hotel, please do not choose the comfortable king-size bed room. Arrived at the hotel at nearly 10 o'clock in the evening, checked in, and as soon as I entered the room, I could hear the sound of trucks passing by on the main road next to me. It was loud. Asked the front desk if I could change the room, the front desk said: ”There are not so many cars at night. This room type is facing the street. If you want to change to another room type, you need to pay extra.” Poor service awareness: Knowing that your room is facing the street and it will be noisy, you should take the initiative to inform the residents, or prepare earplugs. There is only noodles for breakfast, but the noodles taste good. The hotel's cat is very cute.

I visited Chengdu to see Fubao. It was very nice because it was located right in front of the Shenhuaping base. I had some difficulty communicating because I don't speak Chinese, but the staff were very friendly. The water pressure was good and the hot water came out well. The bed was very comfortable and there was an electric blanket so I was able to sleep well. The hotel was new so I was very satisfied with the facilities, but... there were spider webs on the ceiling above the room and red water stains in the bathroom. It would be better if those parts were improved. Also, it was disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room. I wanted to buy a beer with dinner in the evening, but the vending machine in the lobby was not available to foreigners. I think it would be better if the hotel had a sales facility, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioner. I listed the disappointing points, but my friends who stayed at other hotels nearby wanted to change to this hotel after visiting our room, so the facilities are really good. (They couldn't move because it was full.) I definitely want to use this hotel again on my next visit to Shenhuaping.

This is the accommodation I used when I went to see Fubao. The best part was that it was 5 minutes (3 minutes if you run) to the base entrance, so it was easy to open run. I asked them to connect a taxi so that I could go straight to the accommodation when I arrived at the airport at night, and they caught it for me. (Paid) It takes about 3 hours from the airport to the accommodation. The accommodation is clean and smells good. (No cigarette smell) The bedding was also cozy and clean like hotel bedding. Basic amenities are provided, hot water comes out quickly, and the water is clear. The floor heating is warm without drying out, and there is an electric blanket on the bed, so it wasn't cold. Breakfast is provided as a basic service, and I bought dinner after seeing Fubao. The meal was overall light and delicious. It had a unique spice taste, but I thought it was edible. Maybe because it was chilly, there weren't many bugs. There was a ladybug in the room, but they are not human beings, so we got along well. Haha A cute cat also appears in the room. (No matter how much I called it, it didn't look at me, but when I called it Churu, it looked back..) Since I was traveling alone, I had a lot to find out, but when I asked the staff through WeChat and a translator, they responded kindly. Everything was good, but the service was the most impressive. I recommend it to those who are going to Fubao and Seonwoonping!

The check-in experience was poor. I arrived at 18:00 and was told by the front desk that the room had not been packed out. When I checked in at 21:00, I found that the room type was inconsistent with the one booked online (the actual room did not have air conditioning). There was also an air-conditioned room, but it was not changed for a long time. , I still made a few noises before changing the room as ordered. The check-out experience was also not good. Generally, check-out at resort hotels is at 14:00 on Sundays, but the hotel required check-out at 12:00. I wanted to take a nap at noon, but was woken up by the waiter knocking on the door. Your own management level needs to be improved urgently, and you should not make excuses when problems arise.

This B&B is generally very good. The owner and his wife are very hospitable. The room is clean and tidy. Although there is no air conditioning, it is still warm with an electric blanket. The food is delicious and the breakfast is good. The only thing I am not used to is the squat toilet, which is not quite suitable for a B&B of this price.

My daughter likes late-night snacks, and her barbecue is also very good. Eating has become my daughter’s favorite. The girl at the front desk was very well-behaved and enthusiastic. She patiently told us the route to see Fubao, and thoughtfully asked us to bring umbrellas and water inside. This time we had a great time eating, staying and playing. It is rare to find such a cool place without mosquitoes in summer. Even if you don’t see giant pandas, it’s still a great place to escape the heat!

To be honest, it is not recommended to stay here if you are traveling alone in the off-season. You can stay in the town, so that it is more convenient to eat. However, if you go to see the giant pandas with your family during the peak season of summer vacation, it is recommended to stay in this inn. The inn is about 200 meters away from the entrance of the panda center. You can park your car at the door of the inn and walk there. First, there are not many parking spaces at the entrance of the giant panda center during the peak season. Second, there is a parking fee of 10 yuan. Third, the giant pandas are active in the morning, and they are all sleeping soundly if you go late. The room facilities are simple, and the toilet is a squat toilet, which is not friendly to the elderly. There are no bath towels, toiletries and kettles, which need to be taken downstairs. There is no air conditioning, but there are heaters and electric blankets. The boss is very polite and has a good attitude. Because I wear less, the boss lent me clothes and enthusiastically told me how to exchange tickets. A simple Chinese breakfast, steamed buns, white porridge, eggs, and two cold dishes can fill you up. However, there are areas where the inn needs to be improved. Things are placed in a mess, and the name of the inn cannot be seen. Fortunately, Gaode Navigation came to find it. Although the boss is a good person, he always looks at a loss. Based on the above, I still give a good review. After all, it is not easy to have such an inn in a small town like Gengda! There are places to eat 2 kilometers away. You can drive down. It is not recommended to walk. It is not easy to go downhill or uphill. The place to exchange tickets is about 1 kilometer away from the entrance of the Giant Panda Garden. Just after turning in from Xingfugou, on the way up, you will see a light blue sign on the right with a few big words ”Ticket Office” on it. Turn into the parking lot. This parking lot is free. After buying and exchanging the ticket, continue to drive to the end of the top. There is a parking lot on the left. If it is full, turn right and drive up along the road. There is a larger parking lot on it. The parking fee is 10 yuan. Warm reminder: It seems that you can only exchange tickets on the same day. If you buy a ticket for the next day online, you have to exchange it the next day. If you come from Chengdu by direct bus, buy a 20-yuan scenic spot transportation bus. Don't go. It's far and uphill.
