温德姆品牌的酒店住多了，這家應該上住過最差的沒有之一。
整個酒店最豪華就是大堂面子工程，房間和其他區域都不大顯得很小氣。孩子遊樂設施在負一層樓梯底，又熱又暗、空氣不流通還有東西咬，你讓孩子怎麼玩，大人又該在哪裡等？暑假這氣温一整個區域都不開空調，站也不是坐也不是。大堂也就辦理入住那裡有空調，大堂吧吃點心喝冰咖啡也是能出一身汗，因為那邊空調根本到不了，很糟糕的酒店，暑假連空調都不捨得，還拿什麼接待客人。
什麼帶孩子入住主動給洗漱用品是沒有的，你要自己問，問了客服服務也是衹給小浴袍、一次性小拖鞋、牙刷。
早餐也是最小氣的沒有之一。距離結束還有半小時就已經沒杯子，現場客人都説沒喝的沒杯子，補充不及時，倒個牛奶還要服務員幫側倒牛奶瓶，多可憐啊，誰能想象那種難民營的感覺，煮粉麪攤的菜都是夾青的、面有點撒在爐頭旁也會給回你吃，雞翅比煲湯的肉還爛，這樣的早餐怎麼好意思拿出來？最快就是早餐結束收東西，5分鐘你能看到他們收好且擺好新杯子。所以不是沒杯子，是不想增加工作量，想讓早餐客人沒杯子沒飲料不及時補充食物趕緊結束走人。
酒店對出大沙灘也是沒管理的，又臭也臟，泳池裡麪掉了塊瓷片也是我們撿起給救生員，總的來説花千元來了個空調不捨得開、早餐不捨得給、單泡泳池的酒店。絕無下次！

本次入住温德姆很值，服務非常棒！不僅給我們房間做了升級，而還給我們延遲時間退房特別貼心，泳池很不錯有分1.2米和1.5米的。小朋友玩得開心。
