I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious (60 square meters) with a reasonable layout. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and has a bathtub. The most valuable thing is that a dressing table is designed for girls. There is a socket next to the dressing table, which is very convenient to use. Yesterday was Valentine's Day. The hotel warmly arranged a bath towel swan on the bed, which made me feel warm as soon as I entered the door. I ate seafood and drank herbal tea at the seafood market yesterday, which caused my lover to have diarrhea in the evening. After learning about it, Miss Yan at the front desk asked the restaurant to make millet porridge for us and sent four more bottles of water. It felt like family. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. My lover asked to buy their pillows, and Miss Yan also tried every means to meet our needs. Although this hotel is not as famous as InterContinental and Hilton, the humanized service is in place and the check-in experience is very good! The breakfast is also very rich, and the seafood market is close at hand. When you come to Wenchang, this is really the only choice!

Guitian Qiaoshe Hotel has a good location, with many restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a unique, pastoral style. Hygienic and clean. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, reminding you of precautions and safety. Because the room was noisy, the boss gave me a free upgrade to a better room.
