第一次到文安魯能希爾頓，感受非常好，即使在清明假期，人很多，但體驗感仍然可圈可點！很棒！尤其是酒店的小邵、小葉和李桂蘭，熱情體貼的工作作風，細緻高效的服務，認真負責的工作態度，讓我和家人入住後温暖備至，印象深刻，必須點贊！！

環境非常好。衹是中餐廳的飯菜不是物有所值，差的很遠。服務員熙熙提供的服務很好，點贊。下次有機會還會去，但不會在中餐廳吃晚餐了🙂

挺好的，環境好，服務也好，尤其是熙熙和邵經理，有求必應，主要是給這兩位美女點贊。美中不足就是餐飲節假日有點跟不上節奏，上菜很慢並且要等位。總體還是不錯的下次還會去的。

清明假期選擇了文安魯能生態度假區，提前預訂了希爾頓酒店，買了遊玩套票，有皮筏、水上高爾夫、卡丁車、射箭、氣槍、匹克球，騎馬和自行車是套餐外另付費的，還有託管活動！帶兩個寶子足足玩了3天，太開心了，感謝希爾頓酒店的daisy和小邵的親切招待，有機會還會再來！

這次酒店旅程體驗非常好，一入住就給升級了房間，房間超大，景觀很好，住的非常舒適。酒店裡有魯悦軒中餐廳，大餐廳，以及品味火鍋，住的這兩天都吃了個遍，很方便，口味也很好。整個園區非常大，有很大的草坪、騎行綠道可供小孩玩耍，是週末帶娃出行的好去處。酒店的服務管家cara很熱情，服務態度很好，旅程整體體驗感100分。

本次清明假期首次入住了文安魯能希爾頓酒店，真的太給力了，各方面都超出了預期，首先是住，非常感謝cara，給我們提前安排好了房間！其次是玩兒，因為是帶小孩兒去的，騎馬，卡丁車，製作風箏，游泳，健身，營地，鴨子船，各種活動應有盡有，打算五一安排安排，帶全家再去一次，同時推薦給身邊好友，真的非常推薦！！再次感謝cara小姑娘非常熱心，耐心，全五星好評！！！

1、感謝daisy和lucky的精心安排，幫忙升級了房間，晚上還送來了電暖氣，服務很棒。2、酒店有停車場，車位充足，適合自駕。3、早餐豐盛，該有的都有，準五星標準。4、園區有騎馬，射箭，高爾夫，皮划艇，遊船，卡丁車，變形金剛打卡等遊玩設施，很適合親子度假。5、房間熱水充足，晚上很靜，湖邊溜達溜達感覺很好，偶爾能看到煙花。6、酒店還有健身房和泳池，晚上還有電影，影院應該放些椅子或者沙發。不足：1、晚餐198沒啥吃的，每年會去一兩回，建議燒烤儘快開啟。2、園區內可以開發的還有很多，但飯店超市太少，雖然在學阿那亞，配套儘快跟上應該還會更好。
