Posato bellissimo, direttamente sulle piste. Ski room bellissima e davvero molto comoda. Zona spa family molto molto bella (le mie figlie si sono divertite moltissimo!), molto elegante, ampia e accogliente la zona spa per adulti. Camere ampie e bellissime, personale molto cordiale, cibo ottimo!

Toccata e fuga in questa carinissima struttura a due passi dal lago di Carezza, in cui abbiamo trascorso una sola notte, ma è stata sufficiente a farci scoprire la magia di questo posto. Tipico stile di montagna, curato e accogliente, la nostra suite molto graziosa, con balcone e doppio affaccio, sia sul Catinaccio che sul Latemar. Una vista meravigliosa! Accoglienza un po’ fredda, la ragazza in reception professionale ma non molto sorridente, chissà… magari era solo una giornata storta. Bellissima l’esperienza avuta nella spa, in particolare con il ragazzo giovane che si occupa delle gettate di vapore (di cui purtroppo non ricordiamo il nome, perdonaci!), bravissimo e molto alla mano. La spa è nuovissima e veramente bella, piscina esterna riscaldata, piccolina ma calda alla perfezione e con getti idromassaggio piacevolissimi, una sorpresa la stanza della neve, che non avevamo mai visto in nessun’altra struttura visitata precedentemente. Stupende anche le sale relax vista montagna… al tramonto lo spettacolo dell’Enrosadira è stato magico. Grazie per la bella esperienza!

Tutto perfetto ! Accoglienza ricezione Top, Camera molto spaziosa e funzionale, pulitissima. La ristorazione: dalla colazione con vastissima scelta di prodotti freschi alla curatissima cena. Sapori e delizie della tradizione e non. La SPA è molto bella e i trattamenti ricevuti sono stati di qualità. Il top è lo ski room con gli armadi personali riscaldati per sci, scarponi e casco. E poi fantasticamente ubicato sulle piste ! Da ritornarci. Grazie Moseralm e a tutto il team per averci coccolato e regalato una bellissima vacanza !

We are staying at Moseralm hotel with kids and we are very happy . The service in the hotel , the food , the room , spa area with the different swimming pools … are just amazing /excellent. We have booked this hotel at the very last minute and we do not regret at all our choice. If we have to come back we will ! People working at the hotel are all nice 👍 . Hotel veramente bellissimo! Posizione eccezionale sulle piste; molto ben organizzato per le coppie perché i bambini hanno una spa separata e dunque molto tranquillo per chi vuole rilassarsi in coppia. Spa per adulti molto grande con sale relax comode e silenziose, piscina caldissima all'aperto. Si mangia molto bene. Camere comode e ben arredate. Personale molto cordiale. Sono stata in alberghi in Trentino molto noti a 5 stelle, ma questa struttura non ha nulla da invidiare ed è il prezzo e ' assolutamente congruo ai servizi offerti. Torneremo presto! Grazie

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato in questa splendida ed accogliente struttura Un esperienza indimenticabile, sotto tanti punti di vista… Location meravigliosa circondata dalle imponenti Dolomiti, personale attento, professionale ma all’occorrenza familiare e molto simpatico… Guide esperte ci hanno accompagnati in lunghe passeggiate alla scoperta di paesaggi mozzafiato… Sicuramente un viaggio da ripetere Infinitamente grazie

Hotel moseralm è diventato il mio posto del cuore! Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. La vicinanza alle piste, la spa, il ristorante, la favolosa colazione, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff… ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.
