Just had 2 nights here ,everything was spotless. a nice size fridge, lovey selection of teas , coffee bags and biscuits. Really comfy bed and lovely soft pillows, makes such a difference to a good nights sleep ,.There was a nice lounge where you could make drinks watch tv if you didn't want to stay in your room . Board games, a nice place to amuse your children. Your left money on your pillow to buy breakfast, .where there is some very nice cafes across the road .The owner is very obliging ,and can't do enough to help you with your visit. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Bijoux room and facilities.No view unfortunately .Sheets are very nice, good tea and toiletries are provided. Lounge and coffee machine at entrance create good feel. The key lock boxes work well. Position is central and close to beach, cafes and bars. Paid parking is opposite but free street parking available nearby. Will and Tina are lovely

Stayed in room 4 on the hottest night of June. Check in very clear. Great location. Downstairs felt like a cross between someone’s lounge and a coffee shop. Room was clean. Place was safe. No breakfast so they refunded us £20 cash which was great because we needed some for the taxi! Few negatives but were overall minor. Slept poorly because of the heat and the alcohol. Would recommend - thanks

Loverly room fabulous bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.the stairs are a challenge, as I have just had a knee replacement? Not really bed and breakfast as you have to go out for breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights as attending a wedding at Holkham Hall. Had already been phoned by the owner a week prior to say they were no longer doing breakfast as they couldn’t compete with local cafes. Said would give us £10 per head per night so we could get breakfast which we were happy with. We had room 1, on the ground floor. Very spacious with a wet room; fridge for any drinks you want to buy. Water provided in jugs & great coffee/tea/hot chocolate selection. Had use of a new coffee machine in the reception area which is great. If we wanted to we could bring back any takeaways & eat there as they provided plates, condiments etc. Son & girlfriend stayed in Room 4, small but comfortable but no view; daughter stayed in room 6, large double bunk beds which she loved. Great big mirrors for her to do her hair & make up! Mattresses were the most comfortable we slept on! Owner friendly & couldn’t be more helpful! Would stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was great however, this is not a bed & breakfast! It’s a self check in room only accommodation. We were provided with £10.00 cash each per night to go and find our own breakfast every morning - not what we wanted or expected. Our room was not serviced or refreshed despite being asked if this is what we wanted. Disappointing stay, will not use again.
