The bed and breakfast decor is 80’s, dated and dark. Our suite included bedroom and sitting area. It had dated lighting; overall very dark. As we entered, there was a musty smell. Bedding was old-fashioned, dark and scratchy comforter that probably hadn’t been cleaned in months. Thankfully there were white sheets but were a low thread count. Rugs were floral and dirty. Rollaway cart that needed to be set up by ourselves for my teenage son. I was pleased that the pedestal sink and toilet were newly replaced. Very small space for bathroom and open tub outside of bath in the sitting area (?)! This was originally a church. It should have remained that way. Breakfast was decent. We came in high season but $400/night not worth the price.

First time at bed and breakfast enjoyed the close beach walk, bed was comfortable and breakfast was a simple but good. The women setting up breakfast and greeting at door was very friendly. Would go back again

We went there many times (approx. 6 times) many years ago when the original owners were the innkeeper. Now it is WAY too expensive and pretentious.

This was a great stay. The B&B is quaint & beautiful and the room was nice. There is an outdoor patio & other inside tables to eat the adequate continental breakfast. Owners return calls. Innkeepers are so sweet & helpful. You can walk right to the ocean & beach area is walkable too. I’d stay again.

So relaxing! Everything was so well thought out. Kim was awesome. Very friendly and respectful of our privacy at the same time. The breakfast, although continental, was yummy and plentiful. Great location a super walkable distance to Wells Beach.

I would be curious if anyone has booked a room in advance for the month of December/January and then have the Inn cancel your reservation and not refund your money. I left a wonderful review of our previous stay in June 2024. It has been 6 weeks and after emails and phone calls we have not received a refund. I certainly await to hear if anyone has had a similar experience. And yes, we still await our refund.

Was elated to find this place was available for a 2 night get away. Walking distance to wells beach. Large, immaculate rooms and very comfortable bed. Inn itself is a converted church, which added tremendous character. Owners decorated in a very comfortable, charming way, which made you feel right at home. Breakfast was superb ! Would highly recommend staying here

It is an amazing place—fun, clean, and with a great breakfast. Nancy and Jeff, the hosts, are so friendly but not intrusive that I felt right at home. And talk about super-accommodating: My wife enjoyed a specialty drink not available at their little pub, and sure enough, on the second night, there it was! We loved it so much that we brought other members of our family over to check it out, and now they plan to book it in a few months. Rooms were spotless, everyone was friendly. Great location as well. We will be back.
