Place is a s—t hole. That’s being nice. We stayed long enough to take a pi-s. All the reviews about this place are true and then some. The room was disguising and had a smell like it was overdosed with cleaner/disinfectant/ deodorizer. Mold and dirt everywhere. Furniture looked like it came from a trash yard. We demanded our money back from the manager and he complied with no argument like it happened all the time. Board of health should be notified. If they have been notified they’re probably being paid off. I can’t believe that there were actually people staying there. Credited my card with full refund and included a $20.00 bill with the receipt.

Floors are full of screws that are popping up. Towel rack fell off wall. Tub has tape covering a crack and a hole. TV very grainy picture. Light by door has no switch to turn it on

Room smelled strongly of mold. Food and trash left in the fridge from the people before. When we arrived the air conditioner was set for 60 degrees and water was condensing on literally every surface. We opened all the windows and left for the beach. When we came back several hours later it was a bit better, but the mold smell persisted in the bathroom. We should have asked for a different room, but by then it was quite late and we just decided to tolerate it. Will not go back. Have been here in the past and it was better. Location is very convenient and prices are reasonable. Go if you are willing to complain for that upgrade!

Review for room 92
All was good with just a couple of exceptions.
1: coffee maker had coffee pod but no cups, creamers or sugars.
2: leak in shower head sprayed water on ceiling tiles. Tiles were blackened which indicates an ongoing undressed issue. Perhaps none else has reported this issue.
All else was very good!!!!

Has potential but not at current price point
We stayed in a two bedroom room. The room was freshly painted. It did have a 2 burner stove, microwave and a mini fridge. However it was 48 degrees both nights we were there and the rooms have individual thermostats and not one of them worked. Called the main office and got no reply. Told the housekeeper and nothing. Ended up going to purchase electric blankets. Next, no outlets in the bathroom and all bedroom outlets are behind heavy furniture that guests shouldn’t be moving.

From the time I checked in (which was later in the day), got to know the best places to eat and visit. And also an extra checkout hour allowed me to go to Boston and return and then refresh before heading back to Canada.
