Basic room. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, a/c in working order. It was quiet. The room had darkening shades. The bathroom was the only issue. Shower head did not work. Bathtub was peeling? It's like they painted the inside of the tub to "restore' it. Only given 3 towels for 4 people.

Beds were uncomfortable, hotel was noisy, and outdated. However, staff was very nice and they have fake grass for dogs.

If you're looking for a quick and convenient stay at the intersection of US-93 and US-80, this hotel could be a suitable option. However, if you're seeking a more standard hotel experience, you may want to explore other alternatives. The cleanliness of the bedsheets fell short of my expectations, as there were some small cookie crumbs and green ink on them. Additionally, the hair dryer charger was broken and the shower gel had already been used up. The breakfast was quite basic, with no hot food options available, so don't expect too much. Given the price and location, I would say that it's not the best value for money.

Nice room, big bed but lumpy,
Big shower with no bar soap, liquid soap in the dispenser out side, it was out.
The location, is Wells,,, not much there.
No,,,DO NOT DISTURB,,, signs.
No drinking water.
It was very quite.
The price was right!

History on this hotel I’m not sure it looks like it was just taken over and they’re going to be updating everything but what they’ve done so far was comfortable large breakfast area every morning. Maintenance was great front desk was great housekeeping was great maintenance. Was there if I needed them 24 hour front desk recommend to stay for the night.

Plus: Bri, the night manager, was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a firm mattress delivered a good night’s sleep, and it was quiet. Breakfast was decent with waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit and beverages. The breakfast room was nice. Minus: There were several badly cracked & broken tiles in the hall; one had a large hole right through to the subfloor. However, these could be avoided so for me not a huge problem. Since this is a small town, restaurant options are limited. A couple of them have bad reviews, and that leaves only three fast food joints. I would stay here again, but bring dinner in with me.

No hot water —- not just warm water, truly cold water at shower and sink. So no morning shower for us. The tub had some nasty peeling surface that was flaking off as I ran water trying to get hot water. poor noise control, terrible window coverings that kept the room fully illuminated from the parking lot. The area is basically a trucker stop, so you’ll hear big rigs all night. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 is the air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable and had clean linens.
