Mara and staff were excellent hosts and the view of the mountains from the deck was beautiful. Food also wonderful and beautifully presented.

This was a marvellous find. My wife and I stayed for one night. Mara, the hostess, could not have done anything more to make us feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable with wonderful views from the patio across vineyards to the mountain range. Don't hesitate to experience this lovely guest house.

Kleines aber sehr gutes Country House. Insbesondere die aufmerksame Chefin verdient ein grosses Lob. Am Rande des Städtchen direkt am Weinrebenfeld ist ruhig und romantisch. Die Berge im Hintergrund sind noch das Pünktchen auf dem i. Danke Mara!

Wonderful hospitality from Mara and her staff in a beautiful setting overlooking the vineyards of Wellington. Easy to find and centrally located to explore the local wine farms. Breakfast was elegant and tasty with locally sourced fruits and yoghurt followed by omelette on our first morning and eggs and bacon on our second. Fresh toast and jams from trees on the property was the perfect finish. We had dinner on our second night which was excellent. Cannot fault the property or service and will return when we visit Wellington next.

I stayed at Wellington Country House for 2 nights and had a truly lovely stay there. Mara and Lizette were very attentive and looked after me beautifully.
