The room is well-equipped with living facilities, and it is worth staying again next time. The front desk customer service is enthusiastic. It would be better if the security brother on duty at night is as patient/enthusiastic as the front desk. The pedestrian access instructions on the first floor of the parking lot need to clearly explain how to get to the front desk. It took half an hour to find the pedestrian exit of the parking lot to another building when checking in at night.

The location is very good. You can drive here from New Plymouth and arrive not long after getting off the highway. You can walk to various check-in spots in Wellington. It is almost in the middle of the Parliament Building and the Museum.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment. The living room is quite large, there are two bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We even cooked a meal during our two-night stay. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, the taste is OK, you can eat there. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. It is close to Cuba Street and there is also a Newworld red supermarket nearby.

Even though it’s located on a slope, the hotel is very close to most of the attractions downtown and the bus station. Staff members are really nice and the room is spacious and fully equipped. Would recommend to anyone visiting Wellington.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel! There are many Chinese food and coffee options! Very suitable for walking city tours! The hotel has its own parking lot, which requires reservation and costs $29 per day.
