Thumbs up for the personal service of this hotel.
When I made the reservation, I made a mistake in the month due to my carelessness, and I found out that I made a mistake after paying. The reservation is non-amendable and non-cancellable as per the hotel's policy. A few hours later, through communication with the hotel through Ctrip customer service, the hotel agreed to modify it for free.

The property was a good size and well laid out for two singles travelling together. The location was quiet, but that means that restaurants and groceries were an av. walk away (took uber back). It was an older apartment, a bit worn but the bonus was the washing machine in our apartment. Communication was fast.

Comfortable, won’t go back!
Room was comfortable, good size. Beds were comfortable. Floors were very sticky and not clean. We stayed on a weekend and they don’t do room cleaning on a Sunday, so we didn’t get fresh towels or our coffee replenished - if they aren’t going to service the room they should at least leave enough coffee for two days. Parking was really tight and the lift made concerning sounds.
