The kitchen is a little crowded and it's not the cleanest, but considering the price, it's in a great location so I'm happy.

I live in a female room. My roommates are friendly, quiet and clean. The kitchen is convenient for cooking and there are many delicious foods on Cuba Street. It should be a chain. I also choose to stay in their houses when I go to other cities.

Very satisfied. The location is good. Almost all attractions in Wellington are within walking distance. This is the biggest advantage. We are very satisfied. The room is good and has a kitchen, making life convenient.

Came to town for the dragon boat festival. Stayed in room 310. Had asked for a twin but got a double. But was ok. The room is tired but clean enough. Good to see that efforts are being made from the top down to repaint and improve the building. The building was quiet. The hot water was hot (took a little while but it got there). Hadn’t expected the tea and coffee or the little chocolates on the bed, so that was an unexpected bonus. For what we paid it was just great. Staff super friendly and accommodating of us and all our gear. Would stay again.
