Room is very clean. Daily room service is good. Mattresses' comfort could be better. Location is great, close to Lambton Quay, lots of shops and restaurants. We particularly like the luggage storage, very convenient. Will stay again. Front desk staff very helpful.

Couldn't fault the experience except the room heater didn't appear to be working and the toaster at breakfast couldn't keep up with the demand

This hotel is in a good location, close to Wellington Pier, the mountain cable car and Cuba Street. I arrived at night and the front desk told me that I could park on the roadside opposite the hotel, which is free from 20:00 to 8:00 the next morning. The city is clean and quiet, which is nice.

The location is very good and the staff is very friendly. However, there is a problem with the bathroom drain, and the bubbles that come out of the shower room come back up under the sink. However, it is not a problem to the extent of staying, so I leave a high rating. The breakfast is not diverse, but it is delicious enough.
