Its cheap, well located, clean and with plenty of parking. The staff made the difference for us - Mrs F managed to loose an expensive bracelet during the stay (turns out is was at some point on the carpark...) We had resigned ourselves to never seeing it again. However, Housekeeping found the bracelet and contacted us to arrange collection. Really can't thank them enough for the honesty and integrity showed.

Restaurant was closed apparently they we’re doing a refurbishment to it, sadly that wasn’t the case as you could have breakfast in there, the rooms are clean but they are in desperate need of air conditioning units, they was stifling !!! This is not my first stay at this hotel , I have been staying at this particular one for over 20 years, and now they want to charge you £15.00 for checking in before 3pm….sorry that’s not going to happen. This will be my last stay sadly :(!!

We stayed at this premier to attend my sons wedding. There was no air conditioning and a fan that just circulated hot air. I even took my own fan and 2 hand fans but the heat was unbearable. As mother of the groom It was impossible for me to even put make up on as it just dripped off. A lovely lady in the restaurant offered me the chance to do it in the air conditioned area once it was closed but I knew it would all come off the moment I went back to my room to get dressed. I arrived at my sons wedding, sweaty and my make up looking like a scene from the film death becomes her. My whole experience was a nightmare. Apart from the lovely lady in the restaurant I would not rate this hotel as good at all.

We only dropped in for breakfast. The service was great and the food really good and plentiful (all you can eat) We particularly enjoyed Lucy who served us before too. She is outstanding in her curmstomer care!

After a 6 hour car journey we checked onto the Premier Inn to be confronted with a very hot room, No Air condition, only a fan, room was apx 29, no air conditioning in the restaurant so we cancelled our breakfast & evening meal, no beer pumps working, garden was full of wasps. Fire alarm went of apx 11pm on Friday night & again at 5.30am Saturday. Vending machine was empty of water so had to make a trip to Tesco.the USB plugs not work. Floor boards squeak. It was truly the worst experience we've ever had at the Premier Inn. We are seriously thinking of not staying at a Premier again.

Really enjoyed our meal and drinks here tonight, Emma, Jade and Kaden were especially attentive and professional! Would definitely recommend. Cocktails were really tasty and it was a great relaxed atmosphere, would also recommend the fish and chips or veggie burger xx

The staff here are amazing, Jade, Emma, Kaiden. They were very helpful and friendly. The food is very tasty now especially after the refurbishment. I ordered a vegetable burger with salad fries. My friend ordered fish and chips which filled the right spot !
