We had a memorable experience at the hotel and it's totally worth the price paid. We stayed for 2 nights and the service was excellent. The food was also good and enough space for children and beach close by. It was an overall super experience and we enjoyed as a family

Great attitude towards guests!!! Roshan the manager is extremely attentive and an excellent manager. Everything is done quickly, clearly and with a smile. The staff under his leadership works quickly and carefully. The rooms are spacious. Everything is working. Air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, fan, hot water. Breakfast is delicious: always fruit and fresh coffee, coffee. We had a very relaxing time. I recommend the hotel. A large green area where chipmunks and mongooses live. At 7 am monkeys come under the windows. Nearby you can visit wonderful beaches: Mirisa, turtl Beach with turtles and jungl beach in Unawatuna. Bus number 350. Costs 75-200 rupees.

As an field based employee , i am travelling around the country for business purposes during last 24years. In year 2005 - 2008 i stayed in this hotel .After 18 years last 11th April i stayed in this hotel. I am so happy to share that i received an outstanding service from the staff. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Foods were delicious. When i enter the room cinnamon fragrance were spreading in the room. Thank you so much for all the staff including the manager for making my stay a pleasure one. Friendly environment were there in the hotel.

There are questions about cleanliness, but it is quite normal. Swimming pool (it was even cleaned almost every day). there is no cafe. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. Across the road is a beach without waves and with a gentle sunset, we swam there at lunch. Road noise is almost non-existent. the monkeys come in the morning. I would advise you to choose the 1st floor. so that animals do not walk on the roof.

I made a booking on this hotel just only by looking at photos what they have uploaded to *********** and the ratings were also fine as its a 3 star rated hotel, after going there on the booking date when i just saw the hotel , it was a such a terrible and not maintained since many years , and i didnt want to spend a moment there, what want to convey to the travellers is , please dont waste your money and time on this hotel by just looking at photos , its not what it seems to be,,

Photos do not correspond to reality. Here As in a horror movie, a very old hotel, except for us there was not a single human soul, but insects and reptiles were dark. In the room a flock of huge cockroaches and mice. Everything is moldy, there is no hot water, the watering can in the shower does not work, it is impossible to sleep - geckos squeak, and at night they turn on mantras in the altar next to the hotel. Everything flows in the rain. I had to run.
